CIVIC CENTER ICE RINK - SKATING PRICES, PARKING, HOURS AND HOTELS
Join the fun at The Winter Park at Civic Center ice rink this holiday season! Located at 355 McAlister Street in Civic Center Plaza, The Winter Park ice rink and track is bringing the Bay Area community together to skate and celebrate.
The Winter Park will run from Friday, November 30 through Sunday, January 6, from 12:00 to 10:00 p.m. daily. 75-minute ice skating sessions begin on every even hour:
12:00 p.m. - 1:15 p.m.
2:00 p.m. - 3:15 p.m.
4:00 p.m. - 5:15 p.m.
6:00 p.m. - 7:15 p.m.
8:00 p.m. - 9:15 p.m.
General Admission Including Skate Rental:
Ice Skating Prices:
● Adults: $20 (all sessions)
● Children 8 and under: $15 (sessions 4pm, 6pm, 8pm)
● Children 8 and under: $5 (sessions 12pm, 2pm)
Ticket prices include skate rentals, and tickets are available for purchase at the ice rink ticket window beginning at 11:45 a.m. daily. A limited number of advance session ticket sales can be purchased online. Tickets sell fast, so we recommend you arrive early or purchase online!

Discounted group rates can be taken advantage of Monday through Thursday from November 20, 2018 through December 20, 2018:
● 15 or More People: $0.50 discount per person
● 25 or More People: $1.00 discount per person
● 75 or More People: See Private Party rates below
Whether you’re hosting a corporate or private holiday party or simply celebrating the holiday season with friends, private parties of 75 or more people can be accommodated on select Mondays and Tuesdays on or before December 18, 2018 during the 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. skating sessions:
● 6:00 p.m.: Starting at $5,050
● 8:00 p.m.: Starting at $6,050
Skate rentals are included with the cost of admission at The Winter Park at Civic Center ice rink:
Regular Admission: $20
Children (8 and under): $15
Rent a Skate Helper: $10
For beginning skaters under 48” tall, we offer Skate Helpers: penguin and polar bear guides that glide with the skater along the ice and help with balance and control. Skaters must be able to stand on their own and push the Skate Helper by themselves.
For safety considerations, Skate Helpers are rented at the discretion of Rink Management and can be paid for rink side, cash only.
Lockers may be rented for $3 and are large enough to hold a couple of pairs of shoes, a medium-size handbag and a few small purchases.
The Winter Park is located in the heart of San Francisco in the national historic landmark, Civic Center Plaza, and is just .2 miles on foot from the Civic Center/UN Plaza BART station.

Parking is available and easily accessible in the underground Civic Center Garage in downtown San Francisco.

VALIDATION: Patrons of the Winter Park at Civic Center receive one hour of free parking in the Civic Center Garage.
